Metadata properties can be changed at deployment time in Stambia DI Production Analytics.
When designing the metadata in Stambia DI Designer, simply make sure that the property is checked in the Externalize tab.
After building the package from the Designer, and importing it into Analytics, they can set the value in Analytics:
