Error 'cannot open git-upload-pack' when using git repository with java 7

Symptom

When using git with the designer, the following error is displayed in a popup window:

 

 Solution

 Add -Dhttps.protocols=TLSv1.1,TLSv1.2 to stambia.ini (or stambia32.ini).




 

Note: The designer needs to be restarted to take the changes into account.
