Support Services Modifications (english)

On the 10th of february 2022 at 1pm CET (french time), the support service will be modified as follows.

  • The Support Portal URL https://stambia.freshdesk.com will become https://support.semarchy.com 
  • Authentification on the support portal will use the Semarchy SSO, as described in this article
    • Each user can create his own account following indications in this article. 
  • A stambia.org account remains necessary to download software for versions named "Stambia". 
  • Forums on stambia.org will be locked, new forums are available here: https://support.semarchy.com/support/discussions
  • The official support email for Semarchy xDI (Stambia) is This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Modifications aux Services Support (français)

Le 10 février 2022 à 13h CET (heure française), le service support procède à quelques modifications qui sont décrites ci-dessous.

  • Le portail support https://stambia.freshdesk.com changera d'URL et deviendra https://support.semarchy.com 
  • L'authentification ne passera plus par le compte stambia.org mais par le SSO Semarchy, comme décrit dans cet article
    • Chaque utilisateur peut dès maintenant créer son compte en suivant les indications de cet article. 
  • Un compte stambia.org reste nécessaire pour télécharger les versions nommées Stambia et leurs composants
  • Les forums de stambia.org seront verrouillés en lecture seule, de nouveaux forums sont disponibles sur https://support.semarchy.com/support/discussions
