Trigger State Blocked was created by Afaf ABOUTABIT
Hello,

We have a process scheduled to run automatically each 30 minutes.
Sometimes and without any notification, the trigger is blocked. and we have to restart the runtime to change its state to normal.
What could cause this kind of behaviour ? what could we eventually do to prevent this from happening over again ? Or at least, what can we do to be advised when this happens ?
Thank you

Hi, can you please send a request to the support team referencing this topic and with the following elements:
- A Java Thread Dumps and Java Heap Dumps of the Runtime when this appear (See this article )
- An archive of the log folder of the Runtime and the date/hour when it happened, so we can investigate.

Thanks
