Stambia Designer does not start

Symptom

Stambia Designer does not start.

Two possible symptoms for this issue:

1. There is no popup at all, double clicking the Stambia executable just does nothing

2. Or there might be a Java error popup window

 

Solution

This can happen when the installed Java Virtual Machine is 32bits and you are trying to use the 64 bits Stambia launcher.

Please check your Java version (32 bits or 64 bits), and use the corresponding Stambia launcher.
